Considered AI Advisory for Malaysian Organisations
Corvex Labs works with teams navigating decisions about artificial intelligence — whether that means designing an internal tool, reviewing a vendor proposal, or setting up monitoring for a system already running.

What Sets This Practice Apart
Advisory work in AI carries weight. We take the responsibility of remaining neutral, well-grounded, and honest about what the work can and cannot produce.
No Vendor Affiliations
Corvex Labs holds no commercial relationships with AI platform providers. Advice is shaped by the client's situation, not by referral agreements.
Written Deliverables
Each engagement closes with a document the client organisation can keep, share internally, and refer to over time — not just a summary of a conversation.
User-Centred Scope
Before recommending anything, we examine who will actually use the system, in what circumstances, and what oversight is both practical and proportionate.
Honest Scope Boundaries
We are clear about what the engagement does and does not cover. Clients know from the outset what they will and will not receive at the end.
Malaysian Context
The practice is based in Kuala Lumpur and familiar with the regulatory environment, procurement processes, and organisational structures common in Malaysian institutions.
Staged, Iterative Approach
Recommendations are structured to allow organisations to proceed step by step, gathering feedback before committing further resources or expanding scope.

Is there a decision in front of your team?
Many organisations find it useful to talk through the scope and implications of an AI-related decision before committing to a path. We are available for an initial exchange to help clarify what the right next step might be.
Frequently Asked
Common Questions
What types of organisations do you typically work with?
Corvex Labs works with Malaysian organisations across sectors — including financial services, public administration, education, and professional services — that are at some stage of considering or managing AI-related tooling. Engagements are sized for organisations rather than individual users.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Scope and duration vary by service. A consultation for internal tools design typically runs two to four weeks. Procurement advisory is structured around the procurement timeline of the client organisation. Monitoring setup engagements generally run three to five weeks, depending on the complexity of the existing deployment.
Do you build the tools or platforms you advise on?
No. Corvex Labs is an advisory practice, not a development shop. Our work produces written documents, analysis, and practical plans — not software. This separation is deliberate; it keeps our incentives aligned with the client's decision-making process rather than with any particular technical outcome.
Are your fees fixed or do they vary?
Each service has a published base fee in Malaysian Ringgit. Engagements with significantly larger scope than the standard description may be quoted separately. Any adjustments are agreed in writing before work begins, and there are no costs outside the agreed scope.
How do I know if my organisation is ready for AI tooling?
Readiness involves more than technical capability — it also depends on the quality of inputs available, the processes that would consume outputs, and the capacity of the team to review and manage what the tool produces. Our consultations often clarify these questions before recommending any particular direction.
Is all communication in English?
Engagements and written deliverables are conducted in English by default. If Bahasa Malaysia is preferred for discussions or documentation, this can be arranged and should be noted at the time of initial enquiry.
