Our Services
Three Defined Areas of AI Advisory
Each service is scoped to a specific decision or operational challenge. Each produces a written deliverable the client organisation can use independently.

How We Approach Each Engagement
Scope Agreement
A written scope document is agreed before any work begins. What is included and what is not is stated explicitly.
Information Gathering
Relevant documents, proposals, or system details are reviewed. For procurement engagements, vendor sessions may be attended.
Analysis
The adviser examines the material against the specific questions the engagement is designed to answer.
Written Delivery
A structured written paper is delivered. No interpretation required to use it. The engagement is complete.
Service 01
Internal Tools Design Consultation
A consultation for Malaysian organisations considering internal tooling that uses language or prediction models to support their own teams — support summarisation, draft preparation, knowledge retrieval, or similar. The consultation examines the intended users, the context in which the tool would be used, the inputs it would rely on, and the standards its outputs must meet.
A written paper sets out a feasible design, the oversight arrangements implied, and a staged plan for introducing the tool with user feedback gathered at each stage.
Examination of intended users and use context
Input quality assessment and output standards definition
Written feasibility paper with oversight arrangements
Staged introduction plan with user feedback loops
Fee
MYR 3,400
Duration
2–4 weeks
Service 02
Procurement Advisory for AI Vendors
A neutral advisory for Malaysian organisations evaluating proposals from AI vendors or platform providers. The advisor reviews proposal documents and contracts, attends technical discussions, and raises careful questions the buying team may wish to put to each vendor.
A written paper summarises findings, including any areas where vendor claims appear less well-supported than others. The advisor holds no commercial relationship with any vendor and is engaged solely in the interest of the client organisation.
Proposal and contract document review
Attendance at vendor technical presentations
Written findings paper noting areas of concern
Questions prepared for the buying team to raise
Fee
MYR 3,900
Duration
Aligned to procurement timeline
Service 03
Post-Deployment Monitoring Setup
An engagement to help a Malaysian organisation set up quiet, sustainable arrangements for monitoring an AI system already in production. The engagement covers the metrics that are meaningful for the particular deployment, the cadence at which they should be reviewed, the thresholds at which attention is warranted, and the small team responsible for responding when a threshold is crossed.
The output is a short monitoring charter and a set of practical dashboards, prepared collaboratively with the organisation's engineering team.
Deployment-specific metric selection and definition
Review cadence and threshold design
Monitoring charter document produced
Practical dashboards built with the engineering team
Fee
MYR 4,500
Duration
3–5 weeks

Written Scope Agreement
Every engagement begins with a written scope document, agreed before work commences and invoiced accordingly.
Client Confidentiality
Engagement details, client identity, and shared documents are treated as confidential throughout and after the engagement.
Commercial Independence
No vendor referral arrangements or platform partnerships exist that could influence the direction of advice given.
Readable Outputs
All written papers are structured for non-specialist readers. Technical terms are explained where they appear.
